We are traveling to Nashville tonight. We have a busy day planned tomorrow. I will be looking at the Performing Arts Center of Tennesee to see if we (the Music City Christian Fellowship board) want to host this years Sunday Morning Country program there. If you have never came to a Sunday Morning country program you need to. It is produced by the Music City Chrisitan Fellowship which was founded over 30 years ago by country music industry professionals as a means of creating a group to fellowship with and a platform to share thier faith with country music fans. Through the years the group has been joined by ministry artist and individuals who believe in thier mission. Every year the last Sunday of Fan Fair ( CMA Festival) they produce “Sunday Morning Country” where country artist old and new perform and share thier faith. Last year the line up included, host Brenda Lee, Country Music Hall of Fame member, Charlie McCoy, The Whites, Jason Crabb, Linda Davis and Point of Grace to name a few. The program is concluded with an invitation and every year we see decisions made for Christ through these efforts. It is a top 20 Tennesee Tourism event and it is not unusal for visitors to return year after year. I spoke with many at the fan fair booth last year who have come for more than 10 years and make it part of thier regular vacation plans.
