I was blessed to be awarded with an honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from St. Thomas Christian College on August 28th. Thank you to Dr. Jackson and the St. Thomas Christian College board.

We are looking for 3-5 inches of snow in Southern Illinois tonight and tomorrow. Burrrrrrr! Sounds like a time to crawl up with a good book.

I have been studying and writing “Come on In” programs all day. I sometimes set down to study and haven’t a clue about what I am going to teach but God always speaks to me when I make and effort to listen. What has God been speaking to you?

I have been reading the 4:8 Principle by Tommy Newberry. It is based on Philippians 4:8 and reminds us that what we think about dictates the quality of our lives. I highly recommend this book.
